- Pets, including dogs, are not allowed.
- Guests with a cold, high blood pressure, or skin conditions are not permitted to enter.

- Each guest must have their own admission ticket.
- Swimwear is required to use the outdoor bath. Children aged 7 and under must also wear aqua shoes.
- Children under 36 months old can enter free of charge.

Overtime Fee
An additional charge of KRW 2,500 will apply for every extra 30 minutes.
Locker Key
If a locker key is lost or damaged, a fee of KRW 30,000 per key must be paid on-site.

Access to the outdoor bath is only permitted for guests wearing swimwear.

Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
