Product Terms & Conditions

By purchasing, accepting, redeeming or using the i-dle Limited Edition Collector's Set (the "Product"), you (the "Purchaser") agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (the "Terms and Conditions"). The Product includes an exclusive complimentary 57-Minute Immersive VR Concert Experience (the "VR Experience") provided by the Organizer in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. I-Licensing Asia Limited (the "Organizer"), which may market the Event under the "Gems Corner" brand, reserves the right to make final decisions on all matters relating to the Product, the VR Experience, admission arrangements, on-site arrangements and these Terms and Conditions.

1. Role of the Authorized Sales Channels

The authorized sales channels act solely as sales platforms, sales agents, distributors and/or sales channels for the Event. They are not the Organizer, producer, operator or venue manager of the Event, and are not responsible for the organization, operation, content, quality, safety, admission arrangements, rescheduling, cancellation, postponement, suspension or modification of the Event.

The Event is organized and operated by the Organizer. All matters relating to the Event, including but not limited to Event arrangements, admission, crowd control, venue rules, health and safety, Event content, technical operation, rescheduling, cancellation, refunds and complaints, shall be determined by the Organizer in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and applicable laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the authorized sales channels shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, expense, injury, death, claim or compensation arising out of or in connection with the Event, except to the extent directly caused by the relevant authorized sales channel's own fraud, gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Any refund, exchange, compensation or other remedy relating to the Event shall be subject to the Organizer's decision and these Terms and Conditions. The authorized sales channels may assist with processing refunds through the relevant sales system or payment channel where instructed or authorized by the Organizer, but shall not be responsible for any Event-related refund, compensation or claim beyond such processing role.

2. Nature of the Product

The Product is a collector's item offered for sale through designated authorized sales channels.

The VR Experience is provided as a complimentary promotional benefit accompanying the Product and is not sold separately.

No separate consideration is charged for the VR Experience and the Purchaser acknowledges that the purchase price relates to the Product as a whole.

3. General Product Rules

The Product is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-cancellable once purchased, save as expressly set out in these Terms and Conditions.

57-Minute Immersive VR Concert Experience is valid for one single session on the specified date and time only.

The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission to any Purchaser who fails to present a valid proof of purchase, admission credentials or such other documentation as may be required by the Organizer.

Late arrival may result in denied entry or restricted entry at the Organizer's discretion. No refund, replacement session or compensation shall be provided for late arrival.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Purchaser may still collect the Product in accordance with the Organizer's collection procedures.

Products, redemption codes, admission credentials or VR Experience entitlements obtained from unauthorized third-party sellers, resellers, scalpers or other unauthorised channels will be deemed invalid and will not be honored by the Organizer.

4. Adverse Weather Arrangements

The Event is an indoor experience. The Organizer will assess weather conditions and make announcements regarding session status via official event channels where appropriate.

The Organizer reserves the sole right to cancel, suspend, delay or resume any session due to adverse weather conditions (including but not limited to tropical cyclones, rainstorms and extreme weather) based on operational and safety considerations.

Purchasers are advised to check official event updates prior to travelling to the venue. The Organizer accepts no liability for travel costs or other expenses incurred due to weather-related changes.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

5.1 Circumstances for Refund

Refunds will only be considered where (a) the relevant VR Experience session is officially cancelled in full by the Organizer; and (b) the Purchaser has not collected, redeemed, received or used any part of the Product. Refunds shall be limited to the amount paid for the product.

5.2 Non-Refundable Cases

No refunds, exchanges or compensation of any kind will be provided under any of the following circumstances:

Personal reasons including but not limited to change of schedule, lateness, illness, personal emergency or failure to attend for any other personal reason;

Temporary suspension or shortening of a session that resumes and completes on the same day;

Minor adjustments to the session content, experience format, running order, duration or venue setup;

Products purchased from unauthorized channels; or

All handling fees, service charges, administrative fees, travel costs, accommodation and any other incidental expenses incurred by the Purchaser.

5.3 Refund Process

Refunds will be processed via the original purchase channel and original payment method only.

Refund processing time shall be determined by the Organizer and the relevant sales channel.

Refund applications must be submitted within the time frame announced by the Organizer following any official cancellation. Late applications will not be accepted.

6. Rescheduling & Session Changes

The Organizer reserves the sole right to reschedule any session for operational, technical, safety or other reasons.

In the event of the Organizer-initiated rescheduling of a VR Experience session, the Purchaser may either: a) attend the rescheduled session using the original redemption record, admission credential or other proof of eligibility accepted by the Organizer; or b) apply for a refund of the Product purchase price in accordance with the refund process announced by the Organizer.

Under no circumstances may a Purchaser request to change session dates, times or transfer a ticket to another person.

7. On-Site Experience & Disclaimers

The Organizer reserves the right to adjust the content, duration, format and setup of the VR experience and exhibition without prior notice.

The Organizer shall not be liable for any interruption, malfunction or technical failure of VR equipment, audio systems or venue facilities. In such cases, the Organizer's sole obligation shall be to arrange for a rescheduled session or a face-value refund at its sole discretion. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, the Organizer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or other loss, damage, cost or expense arising from or in connection with such interruption, malfunction or technical failure.

The Organizer shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury or death suffered by any person, or any loss of or damage to a property within the venue, save for such loss, damage, injury or death is directly attributable to the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Organizer.

All Purchasers must comply with venue rules, on-site staff instructions and safety requirements. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission to or evict any person who violates on-site rules without refund or compensation.

Purchasers acknowledge that VR experiences may cause dizziness, motion sickness, eye strain, nausea, disorientation or other adverse physical reaction to some individuals. Purchasers who are pregnant, elderly, have heart conditions, epilepsy, seizures, visual or balance disorders, or any other medical conditions, are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for them and should seek medical advice if necessary. To the fullest extent permitted by law, participation in the VR experience is at the Purchaser's own risk.

The Purchaser acknowledges that access to the VR Experience is a complimentary promotional benefit associated with the Product and that the Organizer reserves the right, subject to applicable laws, to modify, reschedule, suspend or replace the VR Experience where reasonably necessary for operational, technical or safety reason.

8. Personal Belongings

Purchasers are solely responsible for the safekeeping and security of their own personal belongings at all times while attending the Event.

The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss, theft, misplacement of, or damage to, any personal belongings brought into or left at the venue, except to the extent such loss, theft or damage is directly caused by the Organizer's gross negligence, fraud or willful misconduct.

9. Photography, Recording and Media

Photography, video recording, audio recording, live streaming or other forms of recording may be restricted or prohibited in certain areas of the Event, as determined by the Organizer from time to time.

Purchasers must comply with all on-site restrictions and instructions issued by the Organizer or venue staff regarding photography, recording and media use.

The Organizer and its authorized representatives may photograph, film, record or otherwise capture images, audio or audiovisual content at the Event for promotional, marketing, operational, security or archival purposes. By entering the Event venue, Purchasers grant their consents to such photography, filming and recording, and to the use, reproduction, publication and distribution of such materials by the Organizer without further payment or further notice, unless prohibited by applicable laws.

10. Force Majeure

The Organizer shall not be liable for any cancellation, postponement, delay, suspension, interruption or modification of the Event caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, government restrictions, public health measures, civil unrest, labour disputes, venue unavailability, utility failures or technical infrastructure failures.

11. Miscellaneous

The Organizer reserves the right of final interpretation and final decision on all matters relating to these Terms and Conditions, the Event and all related arrangements.

The Organizer may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

If there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with the Event or these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
