The order of the itinerary, arrival times, and stay durations listed in the schedule are for reference only. The actual itinerary will be flexibly adjusted based on weather, traffic, on-site conditions, and the operating status of each attraction on the day. In the event of poor weather, traffic delays, road closures, full reservations, facility closures, local events, or other special circumstances, the order of the itinerary may be adjusted, and some attractions may be changed or canceled. Actual arrangements will be subject to on-site conditions on the day.
Please be sure to follow the safety instructions of the tour guide and on-site staff during the trip. If Nabegataki Falls Park issues a notice prohibiting entry due to rising river levels or other conditions, the itinerary and attraction arrangements will be adjusted accordingly for safety reasons. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
In the event of delays caused by accidents, traffic congestion, weather, or other unforeseen factors that may affect subsequent itinerary items or the passenger's own travel, accommodation, or other arrangements, no compensation can be provided for any resulting losses or additional expenses.
If a passenger fails to arrive as scheduled, leaves the tour midway, or voluntarily abandons part of the itinerary due to personal reasons, it will be considered a voluntary waiver of the unfinished portion, and no refunds or compensation will be provided.
Please keep your passport, documents, cash, and other valuables safe. Our company, drivers, and tour guides cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft.
This itinerary involves long travel times. It is recommended that elderly passengers, pregnant women, those with special health conditions, or those with limited mobility assess their own condition before signing up and be accompanied by a relative or companion. If you have chronic illnesses or other conditions that may affect travel safety, please inform us when signing up. If you are unable to assess whether you are suitable for the trip, it is recommended to consult a doctor in advance and make the necessary preparations.
Our company, drivers, and tour guides are not responsible for any loss of money or items due to theft under any circumstances or at any location. Passengers are responsible for keeping their own belongings and documents safe.
In the event of weather, natural disasters, traffic, road closures, instructions from government agencies, or other force majeure factors, our company may adjust, change, or cancel the itinerary to ensure passenger safety. If the trip is canceled for these reasons, refunds will be processed based on the actual situation; no compensation can be provided for other derived travel, accommodation, or related expenses.
