Service Information
Vehicle Usage Time: Please select your preferred route on the page. A 10-hour vehicle service is provided based on the route (between 8:00–21:00 daily).
Departure Time: You may specify the departure time (recommended 7:00–10:00). Departure is limited to daytime hours. If the recommended time does not meet your needs, please contact us promptly to discuss adjustments. The driver will wait at the designated location before the agreed departure time. If departure is delayed due to the guest's own reasons, the service time will still be calculated from the agreed time; please plan your schedule accordingly.
Departure Location: Generally, the meeting point is at your hotel or guesthouse. Other departure or ending locations can be specified upon request. If the pick-up or drop-off location is outside the Sapporo city area, the vehicle's deadhead time will be included in the total service duration.

Child Seat: One child seat can be provided free of charge for the private charter car service; please note this when placing your order if needed. A fee of 2000 JPY per seat applies for additional child seats. A child seat occupies approximately 1–1.5 adult seats; please ensure sufficient space when selecting the vehicle type.

Purchase Notice
- This is a one-day round-trip private charter car service. The duration for this itinerary is 10 hours. If the time is exceeded, an overtime fee must be paid to the driver on-site;
- Please note your desired route and attractions when booking. To ensure a smoother experience, the order of attractions may be adjusted based on traffic conditions on the day of departure;
- Vehicle models are for reference only. If the specified model or color is unavailable, a vehicle of the same class will be provided. Vehicle availability depends on on-site conditions. Please provide the actual number of passengers (infants and children must be included in the passenger count).
- Passenger seating capacity decreases as the amount of luggage increases. Please refer to the vehicle's passenger capacity limits when booking and provide the number of passengers, number of luggage pieces, and luggage dimensions. We reserve the right to change the booking if it does not meet the requirements.
- If a child seat is required, please specify the quantity in the 'Remarks' section when booking;
- Overtime fees due to traffic congestion, regardless of natural causes or traffic regulations, will still be charged.

The service includes 10 hours of vehicle use. Overtime is charged at 2500 JPY per 30 minutes, payable directly to the driver.
Reminders
In case of delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors resulting in the cancellation of some itinerary attractions, please contact customer service. We will arrange a partial refund for you
