Questions regarding reservations:
- Question 1: Being late is an inconvenience to other customers. Please arrive at the meeting place with plenty of time to spare. *Please answer "I have confirmed."
- Question 2: The minimum number of participants required for the tour to take place is 5. Due to system specifications, your reservation will be confirmed even if the minimum number of participants has not been reached. However, if the minimum number of participants has not been reached by the evening of two days before the tour date, we may cancel the tour after contacting you via email or SMS. Please be aware of this in advance. *Please answer "I have confirmed".
Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- The event will proceed even in rainy weather. Cancellations due to customer reasons will incur a cancellation fee. The event may be cancelled due to inclement weather. Please note that we cannot compensate for transportation costs to the venue or other expenses incurred in the event of cancellation. If the event is cancelled due to circumstances, the organizing company will contact you before the scheduled date.

- Due to safety management and tour operation considerations, we regretfully cannot allow infants or children under 6 years old to participate, regardless of whether it is a paid or free tour.

Also, if you are late, you will generally be expected to join the tour midway. ・As a business operator, we have event liability insurance, but travel insurance is not included in the tour price. Regarding clothing and belongings: ① Please bring one of the following forms of identification: Passport, driver's license, health insurance card, student ID, etc. *While not required on the tour, you may be asked to present it upon entry to the airport. Not required for elementary school children. ② Heatstroke and rain precautions There will be a 20-minute guided tour of the observation deck. Please prepare a hat, parasol, drinks for hydration, and rain gear to protect against heatstroke and rain.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
