Departure/Return Location/Time:

Return from the outlet at 4:30 PM. The return pick-up point is next to the Dyson store; if you have any questions, please consult the Customer Service Center.

Cancellation Policy:

Tickets can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the tour starts.

In case of no-shows, a 100% fee will be charged to the customer.

Tickets are only valid on the day of the booking.

How to Use and Travel Time:

The travel time is approximately 2 hours.

Please arrive at the departure point 15 minutes before the departure time and present your ticket to the bus driver.
