If the tour is cancelled after your booking and payment have been completed, the tour price will be fully refunded. Please note that convenience store payment fees are non-refundable.

As the bus may be used for other tours during the day, personal belongings cannot be left on board. Large luggage, including suitcases, cannot be stored on the bus.
The order of the itinerary may be changed to ensure smooth tour operation.
The tour will depart at the scheduled time at the discretion of our staff once the reception period has ended. Please be punctual.
The tour operator is not responsible for any expenses incurred due to delayed arrival at the destination, including taxi fares or accommodation costs.
Please note that the tour bus is not equipped with a restroom.
The drop-off location may differ from the original departure point.
Pets are not permitted on this tour.
Bus seating will be assigned by the tour operator.
In the event that the tour cannot operate due to natural disasters, accidents, or other unavoidable circumstances, the itinerary may be changed or the tour may be cancelled. If this occurs, participants will be notified by phone by 12:00 PM on the day before departure.

- चयनित तिथि से 0 से 0 दिन पहले की गई रद्दीकरण पर 50% रद्दीकरण शुल्क लागू होगा
- समय क्षेत्र अंतर के कारण, पुष्ट रद्दीकरण तिथि आपूर्तिकर्ता के स्थानीय समय पर आधारित है। आपके रद्दीकरण अनुरोध को संसाधित करने में 2–5 कार्य दिवस लगेंगे, इसके बाद उत्पाद की रद्दीकरण नीति के अनुसार रद्दीकरण शुल्क लिया जाएगा। रद्दीकरण की पुष्टि होने पर, आपको 14 कार्य दिवसों के भीतर धनवापसी मिलेगी।
