- Drift ice is a natural phenomenon. Please note that you may not be able to see it depending on weather conditions (tides, wind direction, etc.) on the day of your trip. Additionally, the icebreaker ship may be suspended due to drift ice docking conditions or weather. Even if the ship departs, you may not be able to see drift ice due to tides or wind direction. Please understand that standard cancellation fees will apply if you choose to cancel or change your trip due to these circumstances.

Half Hokkaido Horsehair Crab (enjoy grilled horsehair crab as well), Snow Crab legs, ceramic plate grilled Omu octopus and Wakkanai Red Snow Crab, crab gratin, Red Snow Crab chawanmushi (steamed egg custard), King Crab soup, and crab-style dashi chazuke.
On the second day of the tour, enjoy Omu-grown scallops and salmon roe.

For bookings of 3-4 people per room, you may be assigned to use an extra bed or be split into two rooms. Please note that for the first night at Monbetsu Prince Hotel, even if you book a room for 2 people, you may be assigned two single rooms.
Due to seating arrangements, even if you book for two or more people, your seats may be separated on airplanes and buses. Also, if you are traveling in an odd number of people, you will be sharing seats on the bus.
Snowmobile rides may be canceled due to weather conditions. Please note that there are two types of snowmobiles, and you cannot choose between those with and without a roof. Thank you for your understanding.
In the Soya region (Wakkanai), the original schedule may be significantly altered due to unforeseen circumstances such as snowfall causing delays or divertation of flights to other airports. Please note that any resulting accommodation, meals, and transportation costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Thank you for your understanding.
A fee of 1,500 yen per meal will be charged for any changes to the meal plan due to food allergies, religious reasons, etc., and any difference in price will be charged at cost.
