【Important Notice and Agreement for Disney Cruise Line Ticket Transactions】
The passenger (the purchaser) (hereinafter referred to as Party A or you) entrusts KKday (hereinafter referred to as Party B or the Company) with the booking of Disney Cruise Line services. Given that international cruise ticket bookings are not subject to the 'Standardized Contract for Overseas Group (Individual) Travel' or the 'Standardized Contract for Overseas Cruise Travel', both parties agree to sign this agreement to ensure their respective travel rights and interests.
I. Departure Date, Order Fees, and Payment Methods
1. Order fees include the booking of flights, hotel accommodations, and staterooms. Please refer to the order details for relevant information and the passenger list.
2. Party A must pay the full amount to Party B upon signing this agreement to secure the stateroom.
3. Items included in the cruise ticket: stateroom accommodation, cruise transportation, meals provided at designated main dining rooms (buffet restaurants), taxes, luggage handling, onboard entertainment, performances, and recreational facilities.
4. Unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties in the proviso, the cruise ticket does not include: personal medical expenses, shopping, service gratuities, personal expenses, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, laundry fees, telephone charges, Wi-Fi, photo printing, spa services, beauty treatments, specialty dining, optional shore excursions, bottled mineral water provided in the stateroom, and other paid services.
5. Party A acknowledges that Party B only provides services for booking international cruise tickets and does not arrange travel itineraries. Therefore, there is no requirement to assign a tour leader or provide travel liability insurance. It is recommended that Party A purchase travel insurance or other relevant insurance independently.
II. Cruise Booking Changes, Cancellations, and Penalties
1. For this order item:
a. The departure date cannot be changed.
b. The itinerary cannot be changed.
c. If Party B agrees to a change in stateroom category, all resulting costs shall be borne by Party A.
d. Up to 121 days before departure, if Party B agrees, names may be changed, but all resulting costs shall be borne by Party A.
e. Any application for booking changes or cancellations by Party A must be submitted to Party B in writing, specifying the date and content. Notifications made via phone or verbally shall be considered invalid.
2. Regulations for contract termination (hereinafter referred to as cancellation) by Party A before departure:
a. A cruise ticket is a named, valuable instrument. By registering and making payment, you agree to the validity of this agreement. Once our specialist confirms that the stateroom has been successfully booked, Party A may not claim any changes or cancellations to this itinerary. If you cancel the order, the Company will charge you fees according to the following regulations. If you fail to sign and return this agreement within the time specified by the Company, the Company reserves the right to reject your order without assuming any liability for compensation.
b. Due to the extremely strict payment, cancellation, change, and refund terms associated with international cruise bookings, the cancellation policy for this order item is as follows:
i. For Disney Cruise Line staterooms, cancellations made 121 days (inclusive) or more before the selected date are free of charge if unused.
ii. For Disney Cruise Line staterooms, cancellations made between 0 and 120 days (inclusive) before the selected date are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or changed.
iii. If Party B can prove that the damages incurred due to Party A's cancellation exceed the aforementioned amount, Party B may claim compensation for actual losses or expenses, such as costs for pre-booked hotels, flights, tickets, or transfers.
3. If the cancellation date falls on a national or foreign holiday, notification must be made to Party B on the preceding working day to comply with the international cruise company's calendar-based processing regulations.
III. Cruise Booking and Passenger List Registration Regulations
1. Regulations for stateroom passenger lists, allocation, and changes:
a. When ordering, Party A must provide Party B with the correct passenger list (English names as they appear on passports), stateroom allocation, and the primary contact person for the booking. Passports must be valid for at least 181 days from the 'date of disembarkation'.
b. Up to 121 days before departure, if Party A wishes to change the passenger list or stateroom allocation, a handling fee of NT$3,000 per person per change will be charged; however, the 'primary contact person for the booking' cannot be changed. (Costs already incurred for pre-booked flights and hotels included in the product will be quoted separately.)
c. Within 120 days before departure, no changes to names or stateroom allocation are permitted.
d. If a passenger holds dual citizenship (holding more than one passport), the cruise list must match the name on the passport used for boarding. Please carry both passports. Party A acknowledges that if traveling with a non-ROC passport, they are responsible for handling any necessary re-entry visas for Taiwan.
e. Party A must submit passport information and necessary visa documents to Party B within three days of booking to facilitate registration with the cruise company.
f. Infants under 6 months old are prohibited from boarding; individuals under 18 years old may not register for the voyage alone; each room must have at least one passenger aged 21 or older.
g. Pregnant women under 24 weeks must provide a doctor's certificate stating they are fit for travel on board. Pregnant women at 24 weeks (inclusive) or more are not permitted to board (no doctor's certificates or liability waivers will be accepted).
h. If Party A fails to provide correct passport, visa information, and stateroom allocation within the aforementioned periods, resulting in an inability to board, Party A shall be solely responsible, and the cruise company and Party B shall not be held liable.
i. If Party A entrusts Party B with visa processing, it must be done in advance. Party A shall be solely responsible for any consequences arising from delays or failure to process in a timely manner.
2. Regarding services other than stateroom fees, such as flight bookings, accommodation bookings, and transfer bookings, the relevant regulations and fees for changes will be calculated separately. Please refer to Party B's advertisements, other main contract attachments, and briefing materials.
IV. Liability Issues
1. No original passports or other identification documents are collected when purchasing international cruise tickets. Party A (the passenger) must check the passport validity and number of blank pages, and inform traveling companions to carry valid travel documents for boarding. Claims of ignorance or failure to sign this agreement will not be accepted as a defense.
2. Passengers must comply with the laws of each country and hold valid passports and visas as required. Party B is not responsible if a passenger is denied entry by a country or denied boarding due to personal factors or issues with visas and passports.
3. If Party A is denied entry or denied boarding due to personal reasons or causes not attributable to Party B, the cruise ticket fee will not be refunded. Any resulting expenses, such as transportation arrangements or accommodation, shall be borne by Party A and have no relation to Party B.
4. If Party B (the passenger) holds dual citizenship, foreign nationality, or has other requirements under household registration laws, they are responsible for verifying entry and exit documents themselves; this is independent of Party B.
5. Party B only acts as an agent for Party A to book designated cruise staterooms or shore excursions. Therefore, the content of the booking services and related rights (including but not limited to itineraries, port of call notifications, onboard meals, facility usage, entertainment activities, and booking cancellations, compensation, etc.) are provided and managed by the cruise company.
V. Other Important Notes
1. It is recommended that Party A (the passenger) independently purchase travel insurance, overseas medical insurance, and travel inconvenience insurance, and understand the claim standards of the insurance company.
2. Age restrictions for participation, occupancy regulations, and daily cabin service charge standards are subject to the cruise line's policies. Please refer to the explanatory materials or the cruise line's official website for detailed regulations.
3. The criteria for calculating the pregnancy period for boarding are subject to the cruise line's policies, and a 'fit-to-travel' certificate issued by a physician must be presented before boarding. Pregnant women and infants: Women who are 24 weeks or more pregnant during the itinerary (no medical certificates or liability waivers will be accepted for boarding) and infants under 6 months old are prohibited from boarding.
4. If a passenger is a minor, even if accompanied by a person aged 21 or older, but is not registered for the tour with a legal guardian, this agreement must be signed by the legal guardian for the registration to be valid.
5. Passengers with disabilities must be capable of self-care or be accompanied by another passenger who can provide all necessary assistance during the trip. If you need to carry special items or controlled medications, please prepare a physician's prescription or supporting documentation for verification.
6. Passengers with special medical conditions, diabetes, chronic illnesses, or those who need to take medication/receive injections regularly must inform us before registration. If necessary, a 'fit-to-travel' certificate issued by a physician will be required. It is recommended that those carrying special/controlled medications prepare a physician's prescription or supporting documentation for use when necessary.
7. Regarding the rights and other regulations to be followed by Party A (the passenger) for the cruise cabin booked, the cruise line's announcements, Party B's (the company's) itinerary explanatory materials, and these operating regulations shall prevail.
8. Party A (the passenger) shall comply with the relevant epidemic prevention measures of the cruise line, territorial waters, countries of disembarkation, and the Republic of China.
9. Any medical treatment or consultation shall be handled in accordance with the regulations of the cruise line and the local government of the country of disembarkation.
10. If you are carrying special items, please inform us at the time of booking or at least 120 days before departure, and fill out the required form in 'English'. Carrying injections or special medications for medical conditions, wheelchairs, bicycles, etc., all require prior application and the prior acquisition of an approval letter from the cruise line. The original approval letter must be provided for inspection upon boarding. If you fail to notify us and obtain the cruise line's approval, our company reserves the right to refuse your boarding.
11. If you fail to comply with the above precautions, resulting in an inability to board/fly, this will be considered a cancellation of this order in accordance with the cancellation provisions of this agreement, and our company will charge you cancellation fees as stipulated.
VI. Other Provisions
1. Advertisements, attachments, promotional documents, pre-departure briefing materials, and other related documents concerning this agreement are all part of this agreement and have the effect of supplementing it.
2. Party A shall consider purchasing relevant travel insurance and travel inconvenience insurance before departure and understand the insurance company's claims standards on their own.
3. Due to force majeure factors or considerations such as passenger safety or government orders, the cruise line may make necessary changes to boarding, arrival/departure times, and ports of call during the itinerary without prior notice. In such cases, Party B and the cruise line shall not be liable for any refunds or compensation.
4. Both Party A and Party B agree to abide by the relevant announcements and regulations of the cruise line. If Party A does not agree with the response measures taken by the cruise line and cancels the departure, unless otherwise agreed, Party A shall still pay the full fees of this agreement, and Party B will not be able to provide a refund.
5. The contents of this agreement require the cooperation of Party A to be completed. If Party A fails to perform their obligations, Party B may set a reasonable period and urge Party A to do so. If Party A fails to perform within the time limit, Party B may terminate this agreement and claim damages from Party A in accordance with Article 2 of this agreement.
6. If Party A leaves the ship midway for any reason, is late, or fails to complete the entire voyage due to their own fault, they may not request Party B to refund any fees.
7. Party A shall at all times pay attention to their own safety and the safekeeping of their property. If Party A suffers physical or property damage due to reasons not attributable to Party B or the cruise line during the period, all related expenses incurred shall be borne by Party A.
8. During the voyage, if Party A suffers damages while taking public transportation such as cruise ships, MRT, buses, airplanes, etc., due to reasons not attributable to Party B, the respective service providers shall be directly responsible to Party A. However, Party B shall exercise the duty of a good administrator to assist Party A in handling the matter.
9. In the event of litigation arising from this agreement, both parties agree that the Taiwan Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance.
10. Party A agrees that Party B may collect, process, transmit, and use Party A's personal data in accordance with the law for the purpose of fulfilling this agreement, including booking cruise ships and other transportation, booking shore excursions, handling relevant insurance, and services incidental to this contract. Party A also agrees that Party B may provide Party A's personal data to the cruise line, transportation operators, and relevant suppliers for processing and use within the scope of this contract's purpose. Party A may exercise rights such as inquiry, request for review, request for copies, supplementation or correction, request to stop collection, processing or use, and request for deletion of their personal data from Party B.
11. Party A hereby warrants that they have full authorization to sign this agreement on behalf of all persons participating in this order.
【Singapore Entry and Exit Information】
This product is a fully independent travel package with no tour leader service. All services on board are provided by Disney Cruise Line.
The package price is the 'total price' for the entire stateroom for the specified number of days and guests selected. The price includes airport-to-hotel transfer on the first day and the round-trip Disney Adventure voyage departing from Singapore, including time spent at sea.
Booking this product requires participation in the entire voyage; partial sales are not available, and disembarking mid-voyage is not permitted. In the event that a passenger is unable to take the scheduled flight, cruise, or accommodation due to force majeure or reasons not attributable to KKday, the respective service providers shall be directly responsible to the passenger, and KKday will provide necessary assistance.
A 'child' is defined as an individual under 13 years of age on the day of departure.
The first two occupants of any stateroom are classified as adults, regardless of age.
The displayed stateroom price represents the full and final amount required to guarantee the booking.
Once your order is confirmed, our KKday cruise operations team will do their best to send you the official Disney confirmation as soon as possible. While we strive to complete this within 3 - 5 business days, this process may take longer due to varying operational requirements.
This official Disney confirmation number ensures that your booking is confirmed by Disney Cruise Line.
Once your order is confirmed, it may take some time for your personal information (and that of your applicable travel group) to update in the Disney Cruise Line system. It may take up to one (1) month for the Disney Cruise Line operations team to update your details on the official Disney confirmation.
Please be patient, as updates may not be immediate, and you will not be able to log in to the 'Disney Cruise Line Navigator App' or the 'Disney Cruise Line website' until your information has been fully processed.
If you apply to cancel your order 121 days or more before your specified departure date, KKday will have already completed payment to Disney Cruise Line, and as these costs are non-refundable, this will result in a loss for KKday. In accordance with the 'Important Notice and Agreement for Disney Adventure Cruise Ticket Transactions', KKday may provide proof of payment and will issue a refund after deducting the relevant expenses.
After completing your booking, please purchase your own travel insurance, as well as insurance covering cruise trip cancellations, delays, etc., and ensure you understand the claim standards.
In the event of force majeure, or due to considerations for passenger safety or government orders, the cruise line may make necessary changes to boarding, arrival/departure times, and port calls without prior notice. In such cases, the second party (KKday) and the cruise line shall not be held liable for any refunds or compensation to the first party (the consumer). Both parties agree to comply with the relevant announcements and regulations of the cruise line. If the first party does not agree with the measures taken by the cruise line and chooses to cancel the trip or disembark mid-voyage, the first party shall still be liable for the full cost of this agreement unless otherwise agreed upon, and neither the second party nor the cruise line shall have any obligation to provide a refund.
