Reminders
The minimum number of participants required for the tour is 4. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum required number, the tour will be cancelled, or a supplement of NT$500 per person (cash payment on-site) will be charged before departure. A notice of cancellation or departure will be issued 3 days prior to the departure date.
Infants under 2 years old are not included in the calculation of the group size of 4 people.
This is a shared tour, where you will ride with other tourists.
Since Xiaomi experiences require prior reservation, placing an order does not guarantee the order is finalized until the order is officially confirmed.
If delays caused by force majeure events such as traffic or weather result in the cancellation of some attractions on your itinerary, please contact customer service and we will process a partial refund for you.
The driver and tour guide on the bus provide commentary throughout the journey.
For ride-sharing services, pick-up and drop-off may be at different locations. The pick-up time will be notified one day in advance.
The travel times listed in the itinerary are for reference only. The order of the itinerary may be changed depending on road conditions or the large number of tourists on holidays.
This is a combined tour, and pets are not allowed (service dogs are permitted, but must be noted in the order).
If restaurants or attractions are closed, a service of the same standard will be provided as a substitute.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 31 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 22 to 30 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 11 to 21 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 4 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
