📍 Pickup Information

This product includes round-trip pickup/drop-off at your hotel. Free pickup/drop-off is provided in major areas such as Kuta, Seminyak, Legian, Ubud city center, and Nusa Dua. Additional charges may apply for remote areas such as Tegalalang. Please provide the exact name of your hotel when booking. (For locations where meeting is difficult, such as guesthouses, we will guide you to the nearest hotel.)

• Please check the maximum passenger capacity of your chosen option before booking. You may not be able to board if the number of people exceeds the limit.
• The 6-hour product is only available for the Bali Southern/City (Denpasar) area, considering travel time.
• Additional charges may apply for long-distance areas outside of Ubud, such as Kintamani, Amed, Bedugul, and Lovina.
• Please wait in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the meeting time.
• If you exceed the usage time, an additional fee of 50,000 to 300,000 IDR per hour will be charged depending on the vehicle, and the additional fee should be paid directly to the driver.
• Items not included, such as toll fees, must be paid directly in local currency (Rupiah) on-site.
• Please download the WhatsApp app in advance to facilitate communication with your driver.
• During peak seasons (Lunar New Year, July-August, December-early January), a surcharge may apply, and you will be notified in advance.
