2. As the vehicle operates in desert regions, please follow the tour guide's instructions and avoid wandering off or acting independently to ensure your safety.

【Booking Information】

When booking: Please ensure all provided information is complete and accurate to avoid any impact on your trip (Passport name in English + Number of travelers + Valid contact number + Email + Social media account: WeChat/WhatsApp/LINE). Any losses resulting from incorrect information provided by you will be your sole responsibility.

【Participant Requirements】

• Children aged 0-8 (exclusive) must use a child safety seat. We provide a rental service for child safety seats at a cost of USD$10.00/person/day. Please be sure to note this when booking so we can prepare in advance. Any violations or fines resulting from the guest's failure to notify us in advance will be the guest's responsibility. If a large bus is arranged on the day of travel and a safety seat is not required, the fee can be refunded.
• Ages 0-18 (exclusive): Charged at the same rate as adults. At least one adult must accompany them throughout the trip, or a liability waiver signed by a guardian must be submitted.
• For the safety of expectant mothers, pregnant travelers must be no more than 24 weeks pregnant by the end of the trip.
• Many tourist attractions on this itinerary require participants to be in good health. Individuals with disabilities or limited mobility should contact us before booking to obtain relevant policy information. If not notified in advance, we cannot guarantee the provision of wheelchair-accessible buses or suitable seating arrangements.

【Travel Notices】

1. Your tour guide will contact you via SMS or phone one day before the tour. Please keep your phone accessible. If you are traveling by plane or cruise ship, we recommend informing us in advance so we can coordinate with you. 
2. For tours with fixed meeting points, if you fail to arrive on time and miss the departure, you will not be able to join the tour, and no refund will be provided. 
3. After placing your order, please ensure your provided phone number or email remains active. If there are any changes, please notify us as soon as possible to update your records so the guide can contact you successfully. Any losses resulting from an inability to contact you due to invalid information will be your responsibility. 
4. Please check your tour voucher (sent via email) before departure. We recommend printing it or saving a digital copy to present to the tour guide for verification. 
5. Please wait until you receive the tour confirmation email before arranging related transportation (such as flights or trains). We are not responsible for any losses incurred from booking transportation before the tour is confirmed. 
6. All product prices are subject to fluctuation during peak travel seasons and holidays due to hotel pricing. In such cases, we reserve the right to adjust prices without further notice. 
7. In the event of extreme weather, natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure factors, the itinerary may be canceled or adjusted, and paid tour fees will not be refunded. We will do our utmost to ensure your personal and property safety; thank you for your understanding. 
8. If you are unable to join the tour or choose to leave midway due to personal reasons (such as issues with travel documents, late arrival, or voluntary withdrawal), the tour fee will not be refunded, and no other compensation will be provided. 
9. Our vehicles are fully insured in accordance with the law; however, we recommend that you purchase additional personal travel insurance for more comprehensive coverage. Any unforeseen incidents or accidents during the trip will be handled by the insurance company according to their policy terms. 
10. This itinerary is designed for healthy adults. We advise infants under 2 years old, seniors over 75, and pregnant women to consider carefully before booking. Guests over 75 who wish to join must provide a liability waiver signed by themselves and an immediate family member. 
11. In the event that attractions are closed due to public holidays or force majeure, the decision to visit will be subject to the tour guide's arrangements on the day. Our company assumes no responsibility for such changes. 
12. Arrangements such as vehicle or tour guide changes during the trip are considered standard operational adjustments and will not affect the overall experience. We reserve the right of final interpretation.
13. The order of the itinerary may be adjusted based on weather and actual conditions. If you need to leave the tour early, please inform us in advance to avoid issues such as flight delays.
14. The driver's standard working day is 10 hours (calculated from the agreed meeting time). For standard itinerary execution, no overtime fees will be charged. If overtime occurs due to requests from guests to add attractions or extend stay times, the cost shall be borne by the requesting guest or shared among all passengers; if overtime is caused by a guest's late arrival, that guest shall bear the cost. The overtime fee is 120 USD per hour, and any fraction of an hour will be charged as a full hour. Tips are calculated from the day service begins. No refunds will be provided for early departure.
