Children can only reserve certain designated programs.
If you reserve a program other than these, access may be restricted on-site even after confirmation, and
refunds will not be available. Please be sure to check the details when making your reservation.

We recommend arriving early for your reservation. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your reservation will be cancelled as a NO SHOW.
(Changes and refunds are not possible.)
For safety reasons, individuals under the influence of alcohol, pregnant women outside of regulations, and the elderly may be refused service. In such cases, refunds are not available.
If you have any personal medical conditions or specific circumstances (allergies, medication use, pregnancy, body parts to avoid, etc.), please check with the spa staff in advance before proceeding.
