This tour requires a minimum of 2 participants to operate.

During your visit to the ruins, a Japanese-speaking guide will provide detailed explanations of the history and highlights of the site while you are in the vehicle.
You are free to explore and sightsee within the ruins on your own (a guide will not accompany you inside the ruins).

Bringing tripods, gimbals, and other similar equipment into the archaeological site is prohibited.

Regarding swimming in the cenote, you will be required to sign a waiver form on-site on the day of your visit.
To protect the cenote environment, showering before swimming is mandatory.
We recommend bringing a swimsuit (to wear beforehand), a change of clothes, a towel, items to protect yourself from the heat (hat, sunglasses, parasol, etc.), and cash (pesos).

Regarding luggage, children, and participation conditions: An additional fee of 20 USD per item is required for bringing strollers and suitcases (please indicate this in the comments section when booking if you wish to bring them).
Child car seats (for children up to 2 years old) are limited in number. Please specify if you require one when making your reservation.

For safety reasons, pregnant customers are not permitted to participate.

Infants (under 2 years old) are welcome to participate, but there will be no dedicated seating for them.

If you are booking at the child rate (ages 3-11), you will need to send a copy of your passport after booking for verification purposes.

*Please note that the order of sightseeing and the duration of your stay may change due to weather, traffic conditions, local circumstances, etc. Please take full responsibility for the management and safety of your valuables.

When participating in the tour, please bring comfortable clothing (sneakers), swimwear (wearing it beforehand is recommended), a change of clothes, a towel, items to protect yourself from the heat (hat, sunglasses, parasol, etc.), and cash (pesos). In cenotes, showering before swimming is mandatory for environmental protection.

Bringing video cameras, GoPros, or other filming equipment into the Chichen Itza ruins will incur an additional fee (approximately 63 pesos or 4 USD) which will be charged on-site.
Additionally, the use of tripods and gimbals is prohibited within the ruins.

Bringing strollers or suitcases incurs an additional charge (20 USD per item). Please inform us at the time of booking if you require them. For safety reasons, pregnant guests are not permitted to participate.

Reminders

  • A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 5 day(s) before the departure date

  • In case of delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors resulting in the cancellation of some itinerary attractions, please contact customer service. We will arrange a partial refund for you

  • Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: Pregnant women

  • Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
