@How payment works

The amount you are paying now is a deposit for your reservation.

Once you visit the store and choose your desired dress, you can pay the remaining balance on-site, which is the price based on the dress tier minus the deposit.

Please note that the Lotte World admission ticket, parade participation fee, and premium accessory costs are not included!

Available for children 110cm or taller and aged 4 or older.

Size 5: 110~120cm / Size 7: 120~130cm / Size 9: 130~135cm

These sizes are for reference only; the final size will be determined after an in-store fitting!

You must leave one guardian's ID or passport at the store.

There is no separate security deposit, but compensation fees will be charged if costumes or accessories are lost, damaged, or stained.

Please store personal belongings in the coin lockers inside the park.

It is difficult to ride attractions while wearing the dress. (Please use it for photo time, parades, and viewing purposes only.)

Using the restroom while wearing the dress is not possible, so please use the restroom beforehand. We also ask that you refrain from eating or drinking to prevent stains.

Popular dresses may be sold out depending on the rental situation on the day. Please understand that cancellations or refunds are not possible on the day of the visit in such cases.

We do not provide hair and makeup services, but we can assist with wearing simple crowns or headbands. A powder room is also available, so guardians are welcome to style the children themselves!

Photos and videos may be taken for parade operation records and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please let us know in advance, and we will exclude you from the filming.

Booking/Cancellation Policy

Reservations can be made up to one day before the usage date.

We are open all year round.

Cancellations made at least one day in advance are 100% refundable. Please note that cancellations on the day of the visit are strictly non-refundable, so please book carefully!
