This tour requires a minimum of 4 participants to operate. If the number of participants is less than 4, we will notify you of the cancellation at least 7 days before the scheduled date.

• Makeup, sunscreen, and insect repellent are prohibited at Gran Cenote.
- You will need to take a shower before swimming. We recommend bringing a swimsuit (to be worn beforehand), a change of clothes, a towel, and items to protect yourself from the heat (sunglasses, parasol, drinking water, etc.).
At the Chichen Itza ruins, there may be an additional fee for bringing in large video cameras, GoPros, or other filming equipment. The use of tripods and gimbals is prohibited.
The appearance of Pink Lake varies depending on weather, season, salt harvest conditions, rainfall, etc. No refunds will be given due to weather or other reasons.

• Bringing a stroller incurs an additional charge of 20 USD. (Please inform us when making your reservation if you wish to bring one.)
Child car seats are available in limited quantities, so please specify if you require one when making your reservation.
Pregnant customers are not permitted to participate.

The color of Pink Lake may appear differently depending on the weather, season, and local conditions. No refunds will be given due to weather or other factors.

Reminders

  • A minimum of 4 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 7 day(s) before the departure date

  • In case of delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors resulting in the cancellation of some itinerary attractions, please contact customer service. We will arrange a partial refund for you

  • Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: Pregnant women

  • Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time

  • Meals are not included for children under the age of 3

  • Admission tickets will not be included for travelers under the age of 3 and are required to be purchased on-site
