  • Late & No-Show Policy: If you are more than 15 minutes late due to personal reasons, it will be considered a no-show and no refund will be provided. Even if the session starts late, the end time will remain the same, so please be punctual.

  • Parking Information: You may use nearby public parking lots. Parking fees are not provided.

  • Preparation for Accurate Diagnosis: For accurate results, we recommend coming with a bare face (no makeup). If you apply sunscreen, please use a product that does not affect your skin tone (no white cast).

  • Glasses & Contact Lenses: If you wear glasses or colored contact lenses, please wear clear contact lenses if possible. (The diagnosis will be conducted without glasses.)

  • Personal Items: You are welcome to bring glasses or accessories you would like to check after the color analysis.

  • Makeup Pouch Check: Please bring your regularly used cosmetic products so we can review them together.

  • Clothing Guide: Please avoid tops that cover the neck (such as turtlenecks).

  • Body Shape Analysis: If you have reserved a body shape analysis, please wear a fitted top that is not too thick.
