Child policy:
- Children aged 4–15 years old require a child ticket.

Good to know:
- The card is valid for a period of 24, 48, or 72 consecutive hours from the moment of first activation.
- The Lisboa Card is personal and non-transferable.
- The voucher must be exchanged for the physical card at an Ask Me Lisboa desk.
- Card collection is available up to 30 minutes before the Ask Me Lisboa desk closing time.
- Many museums and monuments are closed on Mondays.
- National museums and monuments are closed on national holidays, 25 December, and 1 January.
- Some partner venues may be temporarily closed for restoration works or subject to restrictions and limitations.
