This is a private private charter car service, where you will not be sharing a ride with other passengers. The itinerary can be planned freely according to your needs. It is recommended to confirm the route and pick-up time with customer service before placing an order.
To ensure a smooth trip, it is recommended that the private charter car trip be kept within 10 hours. The actual distance traveled will depend on the vehicle type and route. If the trip exceeds the service area or time, overtime or extra mileage fees will be charged accordingly.
It is recommended to plan a separate day trip for Tokyo, Mt. Fuji, Hakone, Kamakura, Karuizawa, and other areas. It is not advisable to visit multiple cross-regional attractions on the same day to avoid affecting your sightseeing time.
If you are traveling with children, we can provide child safety seats (limited quantity). Please note the child's age and needs when placing your order so that we can make arrangements in advance.
Please select a suitable vehicle type based on the number of passengers and the amount of luggage. If a different vehicle type is required due to luggage exceeding the vehicle's carrying capacity, any additional costs incurred will be borne by the passengers.
When placing your order, please leave your contact information (WeChat, LINE, or WhatsApp are recommended) and enable friend requests so that local customer service and the driver can contact you before departure.
If a driver cannot be arranged for the specified vehicle type or language, or if the service is affected by force majeure factors such as weather or traffic control, we will contact you as soon as possible and assist in coordinating and adjusting the service.
Overtime Fees: Service time exceeding 10 hours will be charged hourly based on vehicle type, with any fraction of an hour counted as a full hour. Traffic congestion, weather, and other force majeure events will also be included in the service time calculation.
To ensure vehicle and driver arrangements, it is recommended to book at least 24 hours in advance. For last-minute bookings, availability and associated costs will be confirmed based on actual circumstances.

In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 2 day(s) before departure (local time 17:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
