Regarding the cancellation of the event:

• In the event of bad weather, unfavorable ocean conditions, or problems with the vessel or equipment, the captain or instructor may decide to cancel the tour at the last minute. In such cases, we cannot compensate for transportation costs to the meeting place. If the captain or instructor determines that it is not possible to conduct the tour safely due to bad weather, unfavorable ocean conditions, problems with the vessel or equipment, illness of participants, failure to follow instructions from the captain or instructor, or disruptive behavior towards the captain, instructor, or other participants, the tour content may be changed or the tour may be canceled.

Other special notes:

• We do not provide transportation. Meeting and disbanding will be at the shop (Marine Shop JINBEI). Marine Shop JINBEI has toilets, showers, and parking. As it is a covered facility, it can cope with sudden rain and strong sunshine typical of Okinawa. If you are late for the meeting time, you may not be able to board the boat. Please be sure to arrive with plenty of time to spare. The way you fly will vary depending on the wind and waves on the day. The number of people who will be guided into the air at the same time, the pairs who will fly together, and the order in which you will fly will be decided on-site by the captain and instructor with safety as their top priority, depending on the weather and ocean conditions on the day. We may not be able to accommodate your requests. Please understand in advance. ・The GoPro photo and video service is a free service, so we cannot offer refunds, discounts, cancellations, or other compensation for reasons such as the number of photos/videos, content, image quality, shooting results, or data problems. For those who want to take many photos and videos, we offer GoPro rentals for a fee. You can enjoy shooting freely yourself. *There is a limited number of rental units, so please make a reservation in advance. Cancellations made after 6:00 PM the day before your reservation (including no-shows) due to customer reasons will incur a 100% cancellation fee. However, no cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations due to bad weather, unfavorable sea conditions, or problems with the vessel or equipment, etc., due to reasons attributable to our company.
