  • Question 1: Please enter the number of people in your party. * Due to limited space inside the store, those not participating in the experience will be asked to wait outside or will be charged a seating fee (500 yen). One adult accompanying each preschool-aged child is admitted free of charge.

Regarding the cancellation of the event:

  • Please note that the event may be canceled due to inclement weather or other reasons. We cannot compensate for transportation costs to the event venue.
