-What you can expect-
Leave central Málaga in a small group and travel to a small organic vineyard in the hills of Mijas.

Begin with a relaxed walk among the vines while your English-speaking host explains the local wine project, its organic approach and the influence of the Mediterranean climate.

Continue to a working garage-style winery, a place normally missed by mass tourism. Sit down for a guided tasting of six organic wines and two family-produced organic olive oils. The wines are served progressively so you can understand their aromas, styles and stories.

The tasting is accompanied by pairing bites and local food, including Málaga cheeses, Iberian cured meats, Spanish tortilla, olives and snacks, together with bottled water.

After each wine is introduced, the opened bottles remain on the table so the group can continue enjoying them with the food at a relaxed pace.
