Please provide the Chinese name and Home Return Permit information of each traveler in the remarks when making the reservation.
Please be on time for the assembly; latecomers will not be waited for.
There will be no Hong Kong tour leader accompanying the group. The group will be notified of the meeting time, location, and contact information of the local guide or relevant personnel via SMS or personal contact before 5 pm on the working day prior to departure.
This group is based on two people (2 adults / 2 adults + 1 child / 2 adults + 2 children) sharing a room. The group fee for children (2-9 years old) is for those not occupying a bed. If a child needs to occupy half a room, the adult group fee will apply. For odd-numbered groups or single registrations, a Single room surcharge must be paid.
Note: Two people must attend a room at the same time, otherwise a bed will not be arranged. If two people register but only one person occupies a room, a room supplement will be charged.
The above tour price does not include a service fee of HK$90 per person per day (HK$180 per person for 2 days, HK$270 per person for 3 days). This fee must be paid to the tour guide on-site according to the number of people booked. The service fee covers the local tour guide, tour bus driver, and other travel agency staff, and will be collected from tour members before the end of the tour.
Guests joining our company's tour groups must purchase or have comprehensive travel insurance on their own.
In accordance with national environmental protection policies, the hotel has discontinued providing complimentary disposable amenities in the rooms; guests are kindly requested to bring their own.
The order of the itinerary, meals, and accommodations is subject to local arrangements. Changes will not be notified separately.

Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
