Regarding the cancellation of the event:

  • The tour will generally proceed rain or shine. However, it will be canceled in the event of lightning, strong winds, or poor visibility due to rain. In such cases, cancellation will be free of charge. Furthermore, even if the weather is sunny, the tour may be canceled if it is determined that it is unsafe to conduct due to wind, waves, etc. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
