What You Can Expect
Duration: 2 hour(s)

- 08:50Meeting, reception, and equipment fitting (10 minutes before start). Parking → meet staff → reception, health check, and consent form. Pay in cash on-site (please prepare exact change if possible). Fit masks (prescription available), snorkels, fins, life jackets, and wetsuits. Manage valuables and luggage, guide to restrooms, and explain safety precautions.
- 09:00Move to the beach & land lecture. Walk to the beach (2–5 minutes). Explain the flow of beach entry, swimming and breathing tips, how to handle a fogged or detached mask, signals/formations, and emergency response. Share rules for observing sea turtles (do not chase, do not touch, do not stand). If you are anxious about swimming, the guide will tow you with a flotation device.
- 09:10Practice in shallow water → move to sea turtle point. Slowly check face-in-water and breathing practice, posture and eye direction, and mask water clearing in shallow water where you can stand. Once ready, move to the sea turtle point via a calm course according to sea conditions. The guide will run alongside you at all times, adjusting your pace and supporting photo/video shooting. The experience takes about 2 hours from reception to dismissal.

Regarding cancellation of the tour:
- In principle, the tour will proceed in the rain. However, the tour may be canceled if the guide determines that it is difficult to proceed safely due to sea conditions or weather. In such cases, no cancellation fee will be charged. If the tour is interrupted midway, the price may vary depending on the duration of the tour.
Notes on participating in the course:
- ・As this tour is easily affected by sea conditions, we may consult with you about changing the time depending on the sea conditions of the day. ・Depending on the meeting point, parking may be paid, and there may be no shower rooms or changing rooms. ・Cancellations due to the meeting point will be subject to cancellation fees, so please contact us before booking if you would like to know the candidate locations. ・As sea turtles are wild animals, there is no guarantee that you will meet them. Please understand this in advance. ・We do not board a boat.

- ・For same-day booking customers On the day of your reservation, the guide in charge will send you information such as the meeting point via message or phone call. Please be sure to check the content and come to the designated meeting point. If you have not received a message or phone call, please contact us by phone. Note that we may be slow to check or reply while the tour is in progress, so please do not come to the site until you have received a message or phone call from us. ・Medical conditions for which participation is declined For safety reasons, we decline participation for those who fall under the following categories: Pacemaker users / Those with heart disease Respiratory diseases (asthma, etc.) Epilepsy, dementia, developmental disorders, panic disorders, or other mental illnesses Cerebrovascular or cardiovascular diseases High blood pressure, diabetes Pregnant women (consultation required) Those with physical limitations Those who are drinking or have a hangover Those who are feeling unwell, such as having a fever or injury Those outside the age range of this tour *Please note that if you disclose the above circumstances on-site on the day, or even if you report them after the cancellation fee date, a cancellation fee will be charged. ・Request for advance declaration Even if the symptoms are mild, please be sure to inform us at the time of booking. Remarks:
- 【Meeting point】 We will inform you via SMS to your phone number on the day before the tour. *For same-day bookings, please call the shop after completing your reservation. We will provide the meeting location. 【Recommended arrival time & parking information】 As snorkeling spots in Miyakojima are very popular, parking lots can get crowded. Please arrive early to secure a parking space. Local staff will call you between 15 minutes before the start time and the start time. Please wait at the location. April–October: Arrival 30–40 minutes before the start time is recommended November–March: Arrival 10–15 minutes before the start time is recommended *Arrival 15 minutes or more late will be subject to cancellation.

Clothing and belongings: Swimsuit (please wear it before arriving), towel, sandals, drinks. It is useful to have a rash guard to protect your skin from the sun and coral.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
