If the group has fewer than 16 members, there will be no tour leader. Our company will arrange for staff to take the group to the airport, and the tour guide will begin receiving guests on the inland route.
The tour fee does not include: 1. Service fee of HK$900 per person, payable upon completion of the tour. This includes service fees for local guides, tour bus drivers, and other travel agency staff (same price for adults and children); 2. Hong Kong airport tax, fuel surcharge, and travel agency administrative fee of HK$938 per person (to be paid by the supplier after the tour is confirmed); 3. Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
