Embark on a culinary adventure on the slopes of Mount Etna, where the essence of Sicilian cuisine is unearthed from the soil itself. Your journey begins in an organic garden, where you'll gather vegetables and herbs that will later transform into the freshest ingredients for your dishes.

Under the guidance of a local chef, you'll learn how to make fresh pasta in the traditional way, and how to concoct a Sicilian sauce. Amidst the kneading and tasting, you'll savour a homemade antipasto and conclude with a typical dessert crafted exclusively for you.

The menu is complemented by a tasting of four carefully selected wines from the region. This cooking class is designed for those who relish getting their hands dusted with flour, offering a complete introduction to local flavours in a relaxed and informal setting.
