Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- In the event of tour cancellation due to severe weather or ocean conditions on the day of the tour, no cancellation fee will be charged.
Important notes regarding course participation:
- Snorkeling, paddle sports, and surfing are activities that can sometimes be dangerous. Each program is covered by liability insurance and domestic travel accident insurance. In the event of an unforeseen accident during the tour, we will take measures up to the insurance limit, but we cannot assume any responsibility beyond that, so please understand this before booking.
Includes/Excludes
- Rental equipment (wetsuit, marine boots, mask, snorkel, life jacket), towel, drinks, fish food, guide fee, insurance.
Reminders
Ages of participation: 4 to 65 years old
Regarding clothing and belongings: We offer free rental of marine shoes, wetsuits, etc., so you can basically come in any attire. (Please let us know in advance if you require a towel.) However, since you will be changing clothes, it would be convenient to wear your swimsuit under your clothes beforehand. Also, if it is difficult to change into your swimsuit on the day of arrival, please bring your swimsuit or underwear that can get wet.

- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
