【Tokashiki Price Increase Notice】
Effective October 1, 2026, the official Tokashiki ferry ticket prices will be adjusted, with increases for both adult and child fares. Consequently, for orders departing on or after October 1, 2026, the tour price will be adjusted according to the latest ferry ticket rates.
High-speed boats and ferries depart from different piers at Naha Tomari Port.
Please read the following carefully before choosing a snorkeling package: Snorkeling activities are not available in the following situations. If it is discovered upon arrival that you do not meet the participation requirements, no refund will be provided. Please confirm your physical condition before purchasing.
Purchase Notice
- Travelers under 6 or over 60 years old cannot participate in water activities. Thank you for your understanding.
- Since inventory is dynamic, orders are subject to manual confirmation after booking, and the final result will be based on the confirmation.
- Infant packages do not include lunch. Infants do not occupy seats on the boat or shuttle bus and must sit on an adult's lap throughout the trip.
- Lunch is curry rice. If you are vegetarian or have any allergies, please bring your own food or purchase it nearby. No price difference will be refunded. Please be aware of this.
- Snorkeling locations for snorkeling packages are arranged based on the day's sea conditions. You may be taken to an uninhabited island or Tokashiku Beach to look for sea turtles.
- The ferry plan has a longer boat ride, so free time on the island is relatively limited. If you choose to participate in snorkeling during peak season, the total duration is about 90 minutes, and time for lunch, photos, free activities, and showers may be tight, and there may be queues for showers. We recommend you understand this situation before choosing to participate in snorkeling.
- The second departure for the private charter boat is a temporary service; please leave a note if you need the second departure. For September, the meeting and departure times are about 70 minutes earlier. From October, only the first departure is available.
Reminders
A minimum of 10 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 1 day(s) before the departure date
In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 0 day(s) before departure (local time 08:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: Heart disease, Acrophobia, Asthma, Epilepsy, Pregnant women, High blood pressure
Please arrive at the designated location 30 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
Meals are not included for children under the age of 6
Minors and elderly guests must be accompanied by an adult family member.
For safety reasons, we cannot accept bookings from individuals with acrophobia, claustrophobia, epilepsy, diabetes, pregnant women, the elderly, those prone to joint dislocation, osteoporosis, mobility issues, or those who have consumed alcohol or are hungover on the day of the activity. If any of the above conditions are discovered on the day of the activity, you will not be able to participate or board the boat, and no refund will be provided. Thank you for your understanding.
After checking in for the official boat, staff will provide you with round-trip tickets. Please keep them safe and board the boat yourself.
For official boats, the shipping status is only announced by the boat company at 8:00 AM on the day of the activity, and we must confirm with staff on the island whether the activity can proceed safely. Therefore, cancellation notices may be issued on the day. If you do not receive any contact, the activity will proceed as scheduled. Please check for relevant messages before departure. Thank you.
There is no storage space for luggage at the private charter boat meeting point, on the boat, or on the island shuttle bus. Please do not bring suitcases or large luggage to the activity.
If 2 adults are traveling with 1 infant, since snorkeling cannot be done in shifts, it is recommended that one adult books the beach access package to look after the infant.
If sea or weather conditions on the day of the trip cause delays in arriving at Tokashiki Island or require an earlier departure, resulting in less time on the island, no refunds will be provided. Thank you for your understanding.
If the trip is canceled due to weather or sea conditions, we will contact you in advance. If you are unable to reschedule, a full refund will be provided.
Life jackets must be worn at all times, even when snorkeling on your own.
Parasols can be rented on-site, and other water activities can be booked temporarily at your own expense.
