Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- Please note that we may cancel tours on the day of the tour due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances. On the morning of the tour, please check the status on the top page of our official website (Today's Operation Status) to confirm whether the tour will be operating. The decision on whether the tour will operate will be made after 8:00 AM.
Important notes regarding course participation:
- Pregnant women and those with difficulty walking on their own are not permitted to board. BBQ is not included for infants aged 0-3 years old.
Other special notes:
- Set contents (per person): 200g beef shoulder loin, 100g locally produced pork shoulder loin, 2 yakitori skewers, 2 sausages, 1 ear of chopped corn, chopped vegetables, rice (ingredients may change depending on availability).
Reminders
Ages of participation: 0 to 90 years old
Regarding clothing and belongings: Swimsuit, towel, sandals, sun protection.
Regarding rental items: Parasols and deck chairs are available for free use.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
