• Question 1: Please provide the ages of all participants. *If you do not know the ages of your companions, please let us know via Activity Japan messages after booking♪

• Question 3: To ensure a comfortable time on the boat, please be sure to bring motion sickness medication. There will be no refunds or price reductions if you experience seasickness and are unable to participate in the fishing experience on board. Also, any 'lateness' due to personal reasons, including missing the bus, delays due to traffic, or misunderstanding the meeting location, will be subject to a paid cancellation. Furthermore, we do not offer transfers to later departures. Please allow plenty of time for your arrival. If you agree to these terms and wish to participate in the tour, please answer 'Yes'.
• Question 4: The fish targeted in this fishing experience are all wild-caught, and since fishing is an activity dependent on nature, there may be cases where you do not catch any fish due to sea conditions or weather on the day. In such cases, please understand in advance that we cannot offer any reductions or refunds of the experience fee. Important matters regarding your booking are listed in the notes, other special remarks, and the remarks section for participating in the course. Please be sure to check all the details before booking and proceed only if you agree to the stated contents. Once your booking is completed, we will consider that you have checked and agreed to all the contents listed in the notes, other special remarks, and the remarks section. • Question 5: Regarding bookings for 1 person While we accept bookings for 1 person, the minimum number of participants for the boat to depart is 2. Therefore, we may need to consult with you regarding the date and time when booking. Additionally, if the minimum number of participants is not met on your booked date, we may suggest changing to another date or the tour may be cancelled. If you agree to the above, please answer 'Yes'.

Regarding tour cancellation:

• The tour may be cancelled in case of bad weather. Please note that we cannot compensate for transportation expenses in such cases.

Notes for course participation:

• ● We do not accept pregnant participants. ● We will refuse service to customers who are under the influence of alcohol. ● In accordance with Article 9 of the Enforcement Regulations of the Ship Safety Act, if 2 or more adults are participating, all children aged 3 to 6 can participate for free. Since children participating for free will be fishing together with an adult, fishing rods will only be provided for the number of adults. Also, please note that if only 1 adult is participating, children aged 3 to 6 will be charged the adult rate. ● If you are unable to make it in time for the boat's departure due to personal reasons, traffic jams, delays in public transportation, or flight delays, a full cancellation fee will still be charged, so please allow plenty of time for your arrival. ● Please note that if you are unable to participate due to poor physical condition, including hangovers, on the day of the event, it will be treated as a paid cancellation. We cannot provide service in accordance with the Okinawa Prefectural Police Diving Safety Regulations. ● Even if the weather is acceptable for the tour to proceed (rainy or cloudy), we regret that we cannot accept changes to the date or time based on your personal preferences or circumstances.

Other special remarks:

• If this is your first time fishing, please be aware that you may easily get seasick. We strongly recommend bringing motion sickness medication to prepare for the boat trip. We operate using 4 contracted fishing boats. The specific boat you will use is determined on the day of the tour based on reservation status. Some boats may not have restroom facilities, and some may have little to no shade. Please ensure you use the restroom before boarding, and prepare your own sun protection and heatstroke prevention measures. This tour is a beginner-friendly fishing experience held in the natural waters of central Okinawa Island, and we do not guarantee a specific catch. As all target fish are wild, there may be times when you do not catch anything due to weather or natural conditions. Thank you for your understanding. This plan is designed for you to enjoy the 'experience itself,' including the beautiful sea unique to Okinawa, the cruising, and the support provided by our guides. We appreciate your understanding that this is an activity involving nature, and we hope you enjoy the entire fishing process. For customers who prioritize the size or quantity of their catch, we recommend using specialized fishing boats or other shops that offer professional fishing plans. In Okinawa Prefecture, due to fishing rights and laws, it is prohibited to take home: All types of octopus, spiny lobsters, slipper lobsters, scyllaridae, shellfish, and corals. Coral trout and yellow-edged lyretail that do not meet the regulated size. Although rare, these may occasionally be caught during this tour. Please be aware that in such cases, you must hand them over to the captain, who holds the fishing rights. 【Important】Regarding bringing caught fish to restaurants All restaurants we introduce that accept outside fish are privately owned izakayas or eateries within Okinawa Prefecture. While we introduce shops that are relatively easy to guide you to through the captain's recommendations, we may not be able to provide a referral on the day due to regular holidays, temporary closures, full occupancy, or the restaurant's own circumstances. Additionally, even if you bring your fish, the restaurant may decide the following at their discretion: ・Refuse to serve the fish raw (e.g., sashimi) ・Limit the types or quantity of fish they will prepare ・Prepare only a portion of the fish brought in ・Refuse to prepare the fish due to its condition, size, etc. Responses may vary based on the restaurant's judgment. Our shop provides this as a 'referral service for restaurants that accept outside fish' incidental to the fishing tour; we do not guarantee or promise the acceptance, preparation, or service of the fish by the restaurants. Therefore, if we are unable to provide a referral to a partner restaurant on the day, or if a restaurant refuses to prepare the fish or limits the quantity, there will be no refunds, discounts, or compensation for the tour fee.
