【Lake Toya Hot Spring Town】

You may choose whether to purchase a ticket for entry; if you wish to enter, please purchase tickets on-site (ticket prices are subject to official announcements; reference price: 1,000 JPY for adults on weekdays, 3,000 JPY for adults on weekends and Japanese national holidays, free for elementary school students and below).
【Mount Moiwa】
Located near the center of Sapporo, Mount Moiwa is one of the three major night views in Hokkaido. Take the cable car to the summit, and the lights of Sapporo spread out like stars. Standing on the 360-degree observation deck, the entire city is in full view, with street lights weaving into a dazzling sea of light and the distant Ishikari Bay shimmering faintly. Whether it is a date or a stop on your journey, this is a romantic night view you cannot miss.
This tour can be purchased with an optional Mt. Moiwa Ropeway ticket (selectable in the options when placing your order).

Different vehicle types are available depending on the number of passengers. When traveling by car or minibus, a driver will provide service; there will be no tour guide. Supported languages include Chinese, Japanese, and basic English.

If the Mt. Moiwa Ropeway is closed due to weather, equipment maintenance, or other force majeure events, this itinerary will be adjusted to allow you to visit JR Tower T38 (38th floor observation deck of Sapporo Station) to enjoy the Sapporo night view. We appreciate your understanding. The final arrangements will be subject to the official announcement of the Mt. Moiwa Ropeway and the actual operating conditions on the day.
The Mt. Moiwa Ropeway is scheduled to suspend operations on December 31, 2026, and January 1, 2027; annual maintenance is expected to take place from mid-March to mid-April each year (specific dates are subject to official announcements). During the shutdown, visitors will be able to tour the JR Tower T38 observation deck instead.
Snowmobile experiences and other similar activities are paid services and require guests to purchase tickets on-site. Please prepare cash in advance.
Snow activities are subject to weather and snow conditions. If there is insufficient snow or the snowmobile experience area is not open, the visit will be changed to Noboribetsu Jigokudani (about 40 minutes). The specific arrangements are subject to the actual operation on the day.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
