Product Info

  • You will watch the Nagaoka Fireworks Festival from 【reserved chair seating】. You can enjoy the show all the way to the moving finale. Please enjoy it to your heart's content. 
  • Use a parking lot close to the fireworks venue (usually about a 10-minute walk away).
    * After the fireworks end, traffic regulations enforced by the police will cause congestion in the city. It typically takes 2 to 3 hours to exit the parking lot.
  • An early dinner will be provided at the hotel before the fireworks.

＜Regarding the cancellation of the fireworks＞ 

  • In the event of severe weather, the fireworks festival may be canceled at the discretion of the Nagaoka Fireworks Committee. If the decision is made before the tour departs from Tokyo Station, the trip will be canceled. If a decision has not been made before departure, the tour will depart as scheduled. Please note that there will be no refunds for the tour price after departure.

 ＜Recommended items to bring＞ 

  • Flashlight (as the path from the fireworks venue to the parking lot is dark)
  •  Raincoat (umbrellas are prohibited while watching the fireworks) 
  • Heat protection [hat, drinks, easy-to-remove clothing, sunscreen, cooling spray, etc.] (We plan to arrive at the fireworks venue between 15:00 and 18:00 to avoid surrounding traffic congestion.) 
  • Newspaper or a plastic sheet (The seats are pipe chairs arranged on the ground, so these are useful to place under the chairs to keep your belongings clean.)
     * Parasols may be used until sunset. Please be considerate of other guests when using them.
     * When taking photos, tripods may not be used at a height above eye level while seated. Please be mindful when using them so that everyone can enjoy the show comfortably.

● This product is a 'request booking,' and it takes time to confirm your reservation. Bookings are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, so depending on availability, you may be placed on a waiting list or we may be unable to accept your booking. The final booking status is confirmed only upon the issuance of a voucher. In the unlikely event that the tour cannot be operated due to being fully booked, we will notify you within the specified number of days. Reminders

  • A minimum of 15 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 20 day(s) before the departure date

  • This course will be viewed from seated areas (Shinano River riverbed, left bank). You will be seated on folding chairs arranged on the soil of the riverbed.

  • We will arrive at the fireworks venue relatively early, between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Since you will be waiting for a long time before the fireworks begin, please take sufficient precautions against the heat.

  • It usually takes about 10 minutes to walk from the bus parking lot to the viewing area. After the fireworks end, traffic congestion occurs in the city due to police traffic restrictions, so it typically takes 2 to 3 hours for buses to leave the parking lot. Therefore, although we plan to arrive at the accommodation around 24:10 (midnight), this may vary significantly from the initial estimate.

  • In the event of severe weather, the Nagaoka Fireworks Competition may cancel the fireworks display at its discretion. If a decision is made before the tour departs from Tokyo Station, your trip will be cancelled. If no decision is made before departure, the tour will depart as scheduled. Please note that no refunds will be given for tour fees after departure.

  • Due to the expected heavy crowds, we will prioritize fireworks viewing in our itinerary. There is a possibility that some parts of the itinerary may be changed. Also, due to safety regulations for tour buses, there may be long waits before departure from the station or hotel.

  • A fee of 1,500 yen per meal will be charged for any changes to the meal plan due to food allergies, religious reasons, etc., plus any difference in price. Please notify us at least 14 days before your departure date.

  • Please leave the seating arrangements for transportation (bus, airplane, train, etc.) and accommodation room assignments to us. We kindly ask that you refrain from reclining your bus seat.

  • Even when booking for two or more people, train seats may not be adjacent or may be separated. Please be aware of this in advance.

  • Children under 3 years old are not permitted to participate in this tour.

  • During peak seasons, extra trains may be used, and the departure and arrival stations (Tokyo or Ueno) for the round-trip Shinkansen will be announced in the final travel information document.
