This tour begins at a designated meeting point inside the National Museum of Korea, located at Ichon Station (Subway Line 4 / Gyeongui–Jungang Line), the heart of Korean aesthetics. Please check the meeting point image in advance, as the museum is large.
This program is conducted as an immersive walking tour covering both the museum interior and the hidden alleys of Yongsan and Itaewon. As the tour involves a significant amount of walking, we strongly recommend wearing comfortable shoes.
For smooth tour verification, please make sure to bring your physical passport on the day of the tour.
To ensure an enjoyable experience for all participants, please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled meeting time.
Once the docent tour has begun, joining midway is not possible.
If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, your booking will be considered a same-day cancellation, and no refund will be provided.
Please note that no separate individual contact will be made regarding late arrivals, so we kindly ask for your punctuality and understanding.
Please provide a messenger ID (KakaoTalk ID) that can be reached locally when making your reservation.
The tour operates as scheduled even in rainy weather. However, in the event of extreme weather conditions such as a typhoon, the tour may be canceled. In such cases, you will be notified via email 1–2 days prior to departure, and a full refund will be issued.
Personal travel insurance is not included in this product. We strongly recommend purchasing your own insurance to cover any potential accidents that may occur during outdoor activities or hands-on experiences.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
