- The tours will not operate on home fixture dates, the day before home fixtures against overseas teams or any other events taking place at Emirates Stadium. Please check the Schedule below for the current fixtures list. For the very latest fixtures and events schedule, we recommend checking the Arsenal FC website.
- Match dates can occasionally be scheduled at short notice. Should your booking have been made before we were notified of any fixture changes, wherever possible, we will endeavour to contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.
- Children under the age of 5 are free of charge, but the stadium must be notified if a child is in the party.
- The Arsenal Museum closes 30 minutes after the Stadium Tours.
Tours will not take place on the following dates:
- Saturday 7th February 2026
- Sunday 8th February 2026
- Sunday 1st March 2026

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
