Instructions for use:
- Select your desired start date and purchase the corresponding rental plan based on the number of days.
- On the start date, visit a station covered by your rental plan, open the KYMCO Ionex App, select 'Use Reservation Redemption Code', and enter your 'Order Number' to redeem.
- All reservation redemption codes have an expiration date and will automatically become invalid if not used on time.
- If your reservation redemption code becomes invalid due to the following reasons during the event, it will not be reissued:
1. User error.
2. Failure to redeem before the expiration date.
3. Malfunctions in network systems, software, or hardware provided by consumers, telecommunications operators, or credit card acquirers, or force majeure events such as natural disasters.
Return location:
- Please return the vehicle to a station covered by your rental plan and ensure it is parked in the 'Ionex ATR Dedicated Parking Area'. It is strictly prohibited to park the Ionex ATR in private areas, gates, storefronts, or any area that may obstruct others!
- If parked in a non-Ionex ATR dedicated area, a relocation service fee will be charged based on the distance.
How to use the reservation redemption code:
- Please download the KYMCO Ionex App and complete member registration, which requires ID verification and linking a credit card. For the tutorial, please see here
- Once verified, open the map page in the App > select a rental station > tap 'Rent' > switch to 'Use Reservation Redemption Code' > enter the order number > tap 'Add'.
- After entering the reservation redemption code, select any vehicle at the station and scan the QR code located under the scooter's dashboard to start your rental.
Purchase Notice
- Please use the service according to the payment plan you selected. If the service time exceeds the plan's duration, overtime fees will be charged, and the relevant fees will be automatically added by the Ionex App.

Reminders
Eligibility: Applicants must be citizens of the Republic of China (Taiwan) and have held a Taiwanese heavy motorcycle driver's license for more than six months. Renters must download a dedicated app and complete the authentication process before picking up and returning the vehicle.
The pick-up and drop-off locations are the same; it is recommended to take photos of the vehicle when picking it up and dropping it off to protect your rights.
The rental fee includes: one electric motorcycle, two safety helmets, a mobile phone holder, and mandatory insurance.
Please take good care of the rented vehicle and adhere to the principle of no damage. If there is obvious damage or destruction to the vehicle's interior, equipment, or body, the operator will seek compensation for those parts, with the cost based on the quote from the authorized maintenance shop/original manufacturer. In cases other than accidents, the operator will also be responsible for business losses, and charges will be calculated according to the table rate.
All fines and parking fees incurred during the rental period shall be borne by the lessee.
To protect passengers' rights, in the event of an accident, vehicle damage, theft, or other incident, please preserve the scene and immediately call the police to file a report. Do not attempt to settle with the other party privately, and immediately notify the car rental company for assistance; otherwise, you will be liable for compensation.
Vehicles are not permitted to travel to other counties or cities, Taipingshan, or Suhua Highway (Nan'ao, Dong'ao, etc.). Violation of this rule will incur an additional vehicle abnormal wear and tear processing fee of NT$2,000.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
