Regarding cancellation of the event:

• If the waves are too big or if danger is expected due to rising water levels, the tour will be cancelled.

Please note the following when participating in this course:

• Participation requirements: Junior high school students and above (elementary school students are also welcome if they have experience participating in a canyoning course and are confident in their swimming). If you are late, you may not be able to participate.

Other important points to note:

• The tour will proceed rain or shine. Regarding cancellations due to bad weather (when rainfall of 7mm or more per hour continues), or when rain of 35mm/h or more falls in a 30-minute to 1-hour period, if it is clear that the tour cannot be held the day before, we will contact you by phone the evening before, between 6:00 and 6:30 on the day, or between 7:30 and 8:00 for customers with reservations for the afternoon session, to inform you that the tour will be cancelled. The tour will be cancelled if the wave height is 1m or higher.

• We are currently running a special campaign where we rent GoPro cameras, with an additional 2,000 yen discount off to 1,500 yen (you must bring a high-speed microSD card (32GB V30 or larger) or a PC, or we also sell microSD cards. If you are unsure, please purchase one at the base. We will not compensate you if you purchase one at another store and it does not work. Even the cheapest ones cost over 1,500 yen). Rentals with a microSD card are 3,000 yen.
