What You Can Expect

- 09:00Meeting. Meet at Zero Gravity Shiga Office. Reception, equipment distribution, insurance procedures, etc. Followed by travel to the site.
- 10:00Tour preparation complete - tour start. Put on your helmet, harness, and climbing shoes, tie the rope to your harness, and you are ready to go.
- 11:00Rock climbing. Receive tips and lectures as you challenge yourself on various rock faces.
- 12:00Rock climbing. Receive tips and lectures as you challenge yourself on various rock faces.

Regarding cancellation of the event:
- If a decision is made to cancel the tour the day before, the representative will be notified by around 6:00 PM the day before. If a cancellation is unavoidable after the tour has started due to a sudden change in weather, etc., the tour will be considered to have continued and finished as normal if the cancellation decision is made more than one hour after the tour has started. If the decision is made within one hour, the tour will be considered to have been cancelled before it has started, and the full tour fee (excluding accident insurance fees) will be refunded. (The start of the tour is defined as the end of the pre-tour briefing.)
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- *Please refrain from excessive drinking and eating the night before and be in perfect physical condition when participating (if your physical condition is significantly poor, you may be causing a nuisance to other guests, and the guide may refuse your participation at his discretion)

What to wear and bring: Comfortable sneakers, lunch, drinks, rain gear, a backpack large enough to hold the above, long sleeves and long pants to prevent scratches (a jersey that allows for easy movement of the legs is also recommended).

Get off at the Kyoto Higashi IC on the Meishin Expressway, then head north on Route 161 on the Kosai Road. It takes approximately 40 minutes from Kyoto Higashi under normal circumstances.
From the Chukyo area
Get off at the Kinomoto IC on the Hokuriku Expressway, then head south on Route 8, Route 303, and Route 161. It takes approximately 60 minutes from Kinomoto under normal circumstances.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 3 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
