Regarding cancellation of the event:

If a decision is made to cancel the tour the day before, the representative will be notified by around 6:00 PM the day before. If a cancellation is unavoidable after the tour has started due to a sudden change in weather, etc., the tour will be considered to have continued and finished as normal if the cancellation decision is made more than one hour after the tour has started. If the decision is made within one hour, the tour will be considered to have been cancelled before it has started, and the full tour fee (excluding accident insurance fees) will be refunded. (The start of the tour is defined as the end of the pre-tour briefing.)
