Product Info
- This hand-building pottery plan allows children to enjoy the experience just like playing with clay. It is a simple method of kneading clay and shaping it into your favorite form, making it easy for children, beginners, and those who feel they are not artistic to participate. In about 1 hour, you can freely create items such as plates, mugs, or ornaments. It takes about 4 weeks for the firing process, so please look forward to the finished product. Children can participate from 3 years old! ≪Note≫ We offer experiences in English, but depending on the instructor's schedule, there may be days when English support is unavailable. If you wish to have an English-speaking session, please kindly contact us in advance via our inquiry form to check for instructor availability on your preferred date.
- Create as many pieces as you like within about 1 hour!
- There is no limit to the number of pieces, so you can create as much as you like until time runs out or until you are satisfied with your work. You are free to make characters, animals, beer mugs, vases, or anything else you like. If you are unsure what to make, we have samples available for reference. Please enjoy yourself without fear of failure.
- Add patterns using stamps and more to make your work even more unique!
- If you cannot visit again for painting (additional fee), you can use everyday tools or stamps to add patterns! Adding these details will result in an even more original piece.
- Add a message of gratitude to create a perfect gift!
- By adding the 'Painting' option (additional fee), you can draw patterns or write words (requires a return visit at a later date). If you write a message of gratitude to friends or family, it will convey your feelings even better and make for a wonderful gift.
The great thing about hand-building clay is that you can create any shape you like! Here, we're cutting rolled-out clay into our desired shapes to make a plate.
Children as young as 3 years old can try their hand at pottery.
You can truly appreciate the qualities of pottery by actually making and using it.
You can experience what it was like to be a Jomon person and even make Jomon pottery! The patterns are literally created using rope.
The painting experience (additional fee applies) involves firing the piece once, and then freely drawing pictures and patterns on it using brushes and paints.
