Product Info

  • Kawagoe, the Little Edo, still retains the atmosphere of the Edo period. While Kawagoe is famous for its historical scenery, including its kura-zukuri streetscapes, historical buildings, and cultural assets, there are many other lesser-known charms of Kawagoe, such as the rice and vegetables grown in the surrounding rural areas. This time, you can enjoy the experience of picking tea leaves from Kawagoe tea, the roots of Sayama tea, including Sayama tea, which is said to have the color of Shizuoka, the fragrance of Uji, and the taste of Sayama.
  • Tea picking experience
  • Experience picking the new and second-season tea leaves from Onobun Tea ♪ If you're lucky, you might even get to see the tea being picked on a riding tea picking machine! You can take home the tea you pick. Of course, you can drink it as tea, but we also recommend making tempura out of it!!
  • Explanation of how to brew delicious tea
  • We'll teach you how to make delicious tea! You'll receive a gift of carefully selected tea as a souvenir. Please try out the delicious tea brewing method taught to you at home.
