🎤 What are you most afraid of when going to a concert?
Catch the high-speed train! The concert ends at 10 or 11 pm, and everyone is crammed out, unable to hail a taxi. Running to the high-speed train station is like squeezing through crowds, and you might not even catch the last train. We'll wait for you right outside the venue; after the concert, you can hop on the train and easily go home.
🚗 Both options are cost-effective carpooling: round trip from Taipei or Taichung is cheaper than the High Speed Rail ticket! Meet new friends and chat about the concert – how fun!
Comfortable private charter car: Going to a concert with friends? Hire a Mercedes-Benz for 8 people. The average price per person is about the same as carpooling, but it's more comfortable.
⏰ Timing Required: We understand that concert times are not fixed, and encores can be quite long (especially for Mayday!). Don't worry, we'll wait and won't rush you. Please arrive 2 hours before the show starts to ensure you're not late. After the show, please meet at the designated location; we'll leave once everyone is present.
🚗 The car is a brand new 2024 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 8-seater, offering comfortable seats and ample space. Feeling tired after a concert? Just hop in and sleep, and the driver will safely take you home. All vehicles are insured, and the drivers are experienced, making nighttime driving no problem.
📍 Convenient pick-up and drop-off locations: Outbound meeting point: Taipei/Taichung Railway Station, Taipei City Hall MRT station, etc. Return drop-off: A designated location or a private charter car can take you to a specific location.

Reminders
The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 8-seater features genuine leather seats, and the entire fleet consists of 2024 models. Each seat has an air conditioning vent and a USB charging dock.
The nine-seater vehicle can carry a maximum of eight passengers, but it is recommended to carry seven for greater comfort.
Our staff will contact you the day before departure to confirm the itinerary and driver information. Please make sure your internet connection is working properly and pay attention to your mobile messaging app (Line).
No specific vehicle color or model can be specified; the vehicle will be assigned based on the actual vehicle available on the day.
If the vehicle cannot enter the area, the driver will stop at a "legal" parking spot near the destination to allow passengers to get on and off.
After placing your order, please leave a note with your pick-up and drop-off addresses. Please note that we need to confirm whether your hotel or accommodation is within our pick-up and drop-off area or if it is a traffic-restricted area. If it is not within our pick-up or drop-off area, our staff will confirm the pick-up area with you the day before departure or explain the areas and times where additional charges apply. If our vehicle cannot enter alleys, our staff will park at a legal parking spot near the destination for passengers to pick up and drop off. Please be aware of this and understand.
Please note that the following behaviors are prohibited inside the vehicle: smoking, kicking the driver's seat back, spitting through the window, and littering. If you feel unwell, please inform the driver. If any items inside the vehicle are damaged or soiled, you will be required to pay for the damage at cost, and the payment must be made in cash on the spot.
Please be aware that if traffic control or natural factors cause traffic congestion and exceed the allotted time at any attraction, an overtime fee will be charged.
On the day of travel, you will meet the driver at the agreed pick-up location at the appointed time.

How to Use Your Voucher

Validity Period
- The voucher must be used on the selected date and within operating hours; Invalid after expiration
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 5 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–4 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
