Depending on the aviation conditions, permission to fly may not be granted. In rare cases, in the above situations, we may not be able to provide you with the data, so please understand in advance.

Question 1: If you wish to rent a wetsuit for flyboarding, please provide your height and weight. (An additional 2000 yen per wetsuit will be charged.)

Regarding the cancellation of the event:

Parasailing may be suddenly canceled due to wind and wave conditions for safety reasons.

Important notes regarding course participation:

Parasailing tours may be suddenly canceled due to bad weather. *Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before your scheduled time, as you will need to fill out consent forms. If you miss the departure time, you will not be able to participate in the experience. (Please note that no refunds will be given in this case.)

Other special notes:

*Applications are accepted for 1 to 12 people. Please inquire for details. *For those under 12 years old, please contact us first. *For English, Thai, Chinese, and Korean, we will use translation software.
