—Important Information—
• Child seats are available for charter private charter car rentals at 2000 yen each, payable on-site. Please specify your child's age when booking. Thank you.
• The trip must take no more than 10 hours and the distance must be no more than 300/400/500 kilometers (the exact distance will be provided by customer service based on your order). Within the city, the distance must be no more than 100 kilometers (exceeding the distance will incur additional charges).
• Please note that as chartering a private charter car requires advance confirmation of the itinerary, bookings placed within 24 hours will incur an additional charge of 5,000 yen.
• Due to limited private charter car time, you can only choose one destination, such as the Mt. Fuji direction, Hakone direction, or other attractions.
• If you have a lot of large luggage, please book a suitable vehicle type to accommodate all your luggage. Any additional costs incurred due to not meeting the recommended passenger and luggage capacity of the vehicle type will be borne by the passenger.
• Please be sure to leave your LINE ID, WhatsApp, or WeChat account when ordering. (If you have WeChat, please provide your WeChat account to facilitate communication with the driver. After leaving your ID, please enable the "add friends" function so that local staff in Japan can contact you promptly.)
• If, after placing your order, your preferred driver's language or vehicle type cannot be provided, or other special circumstances arise, we will contact you separately to coordinate a rescheduling or cancellation. Thank you for your understanding.
• If the service time exceeds 10 hours, an overtime fee will be charged. The overtime fee is ¥5,000 per hour for 7-seater (Toyota Alphard or Alphard Black Airline Seat) and ¥6,000 per hour for 10-seater (Toyota Hiace). Any time less than one hour will be charged as one hour. The overtime fee is calculated from the designated service start time. Traffic jams or force majeure events such as typhoons will also be counted as service time. Please be aware of this.
Surcharge(s)
5th Station Vehicle Uphill Fee
If you wish to go up to the 5th station on your Mt. Fuji trip, you will need to pay a vehicle uphill fee, which is approximately 2200 yen. Please note that going to the 5th station will exceed the mileage limit, and there will be an extra mileage fee.
Child car seat
Child car seats are a paid service, costing 2,000 yen each, payable on-site.
Overtime/over-mileage fees
The private charter car is 10 hours round trip from Tokyo. Overtime fees are: ¥5,000 per hour for a 6-seater and ¥6,000 per hour for a 9-seater (any time less than one hour is counted as one hour); extra mileage fees are: ¥4,000 per 10 kilometers for both 6-seater and 9-seater vehicles (any time less than 10 kilometers is counted as 10 kilometers).
Reminders
Drivers may cause delays in pick-up and drop-off due to uncontrollable factors (such as traffic jams, bad weather, or unexpected accidents). It is recommended to allow an additional 20 minutes to accommodate possible delays.
Child seats are a paid service. If you need one, please specify your child's age when placing your order.
If passengers cause damage to the vehicle, our company will charge a high cleaning fee. If passengers with children or elderly people are prone to motion sickness, please inform us in time (cleaning fee = lost work fee + cleaning fee + full odor removal).
If no suitable itinerary is available or if it is uncertain whether arrangements can be made, please contact customer service for case handling.
The departure and arrival addresses must be within the 23 wards of Tokyo. If the departure and arrival addresses are not within the 23 wards of Tokyo, please allow the driver sufficient time and mileage for the round trip.
Private charter car is calculated from the designated service start time. Traffic jams or unforeseen circumstances such as typhoons will also be counted towards the service duration. Please be aware of this.
