- Interrupting or exiting the installation process may cause the eSIM installation to fail; no re-issuance will be provided.
- A stable internet connection (WiFi or mobile data) is required for eSIM installation.
- The validity period begins once you arrive at your destination and switch to the eSIM with an active network connection. It is recommended to complete the installation/setup before departure and switch to the eSIM upon arrival (ensure data roaming is enabled).
Please confirm that your device is compatible with eSIM before purchasing. After sending the eSIM QR code, this product is non-refundable.

Purchase Notice
- Before purchasing, please confirm whether your phone is compatible with eSIM. Samsung phones purchased in Taiwan do not support eSIM. For Samsung phones purchased abroad, please check the Samsung official website first.
- iOS version 12.1 or above is required. eSIM is not supported on locked phones or phones purchased in China, Hong Kong, or Macau.
- Each QR code can only be downloaded and installed once. Once the QR code of this product has been scanned, you cannot apply for a return or refund.
- Validity period: Calculated from the time you start using the network data, with 24 hours as one day (not calendar days)
- It is recommended to download and install it at the departure place on the day of departure, and then switch to eSIM to enable data roaming after arriving at the destination
- Hotspot sharing is possible (hotspot sharing is not recommended to enjoy the best quality of Internet access)
- Network speed will vary depending on factors such as terrain, climate, building obstruction, number of users, and location. If the reception is unstable, please be sure to contact technical customer service.
- To maintain the quality of Internet connections and the principle of fair use, telecommunications companies around the world sometimes impose traffic restrictions on customers who use a large amount of Internet traffic in a short period of time. This may result in Internet access failure or reduced speed. To ensure normal use, please try to avoid watching videos or updating software for a long time, which consumes a lot of data.
- The quality of telecommunications networks varies from country to country, and the base station construction is not as dense as in Taiwan. Each country has different geographical locations and telecommunications construction. We cannot request a refund due to signal conditions in a few areas.

Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded

- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
