eSIMs must be activated within 30 days of issuance. It is recommended to activate them immediately upon arrival to ensure proper use.
This product will automatically activate upon arrival at your destination and begin counting down, with each 24-hour day counting as one day. For example, if you purchase a 3-day plan and activate it at 10:00 AM on September 1, the plan will end at 9:59 AM on September 4. The data usage for the daily plan resets at 00:00 Taiwan time.
If you need to manually add an eSIM, please refer to the detailed information in the "Pre-departure Reminder" and copy and paste the SM-DP Address and Activation Code into the designated box. You do not need to enter the confirmation code.
If you install an eSIM before arriving at your destination and see "Activating" or "Unable to activate eSIM," do not delete the eSIM. Instead, temporarily disable the eSIM and then re-enable it after you arrive.
If an error message appears when scanning the QR Code, it does not mean that the eSIM has expired. Please go to "Settings → Mobile Services" to confirm whether another SIM card option appears.
If the eSIM card shows that it cannot be scanned or used, or the product is defective, please contact the customer service center before returning home. A refund will be issued after confirmation.
No refund will be provided if some applications are unavailable due to device compatibility or regional restrictions; no additional compensation will be provided, including roaming fees, transportation fees, etc.
In order to ensure that every user can enjoy a stable network, if a large amount of data is used in a short period of time, the speed may be temporarily reduced or interrupted. Please arrange the use of data reasonably.
