  • This is a local eSIM powered by Viettle. It may show “Activating” outside Vietnam. Upon arrival, turn the eSIM on to connect internet automatically. Keep data roaming off and set mobile data to this eSIM.

  • Data-Only eSIM: This eSIM is for internet access only and does not support voice calls or SMS.

  • eSIM Waiting Period and Activation: A 15-day waiting period begins on the day you receive your eSIM. If you don't install it during this period, your eSIM plan will be automatically activated and valid for 15 or 30 days.

  • ⚠️ Notes iPhones purchased in mainland China do not support eSIM. iPhone 16 and earlier models from Hong Kong & Macau do not support eSIM.

Cancellation Policy

  • Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
