This tour is based on two people (2 adults/2 adults + 1 child/2 adults + 2 children) sharing a room. Children (2-9 years old) do not occupy a bed. If a child requires half a room, they will be charged the adult tour price. Odd-numbered groups or individual registrations are subject to a Single room surcharge.

The travel agency service fee is HK$90 per person per day, which includes the local tour guide, tour bus driver and other travel agency staff. This fee will be collected from each member of the tour group before the end of the tour.

When booking, please provide each passenger's Chinese name and Home Return Permit information in the remarks section.

There will be no tour leader from Hong Kong. The meeting time, location, and contact information of the local tour guide or relevant personnel will be notified by SMS or personal contact before 5:00 pm on the working day before departure.

The tour guide will make minor adjustments to the itinerary based on the actual situation on that day.

Note: All public entertainment facilities in the hotel are provided by the hotel. If they are changed or closed due to maintenance or other uncontrollable factors, our agency will not make alternative arrangements or compensation.

All guests who join our tour group must purchase or have comprehensive travel insurance.

In accordance with national environmental protection policy requirements, the hotel has cancelled the free disposable items in the rooms. Guests are kindly requested to bring their own.

The order of itinerary, meals, and accommodation is subject to local reception arrangements and is subject to change without prior notice.

Some facilities and activities within the scenic area and hotel may be temporarily closed due to weather or other factors without prior notice.

For groups departing on public holidays, the meeting time may be adjusted to avoid overcrowding at the meeting point and customs checkpoint. Our agency will call you one day before departure to confirm the exact meeting time.

If the hotel facilities are closed due to maintenance or uncontrollable factors, please refer to the on-site information for details. No further notice will be given.

When taking a domestic tourist bus, the seating order is based on the order in which guests register.

If you purchase travel insurance on your own and require an insurance certificate from our company, we will charge a processing fee of HK$150 per certificate.

Note: Each room includes two private hot spring pools. Additional pools will incur an extra charge of HK$55 per pool (payable on-site). The hotel's public hot spring pool is open from 19:00 to 23:00, and the hotel swimming pool from 09:00 to 23:00. Group booking benefits: Groups of 14 or more can enjoy a complimentary upgrade to a 3-story, 7-bedroom, 2-living room villa (4 adults and 3 couples or 5 couples and 2 adults, depending on hotel availability; advance reservations are required). Each room includes a private hot spring pool, a bathroom, two automatic mahjong tables in the lobby, a private party karaoke room, and a rooftop viewing and camping platform.
