- Gimjang is the custom of making large amounts of kimchi before winter so that the whole family can get through the long, cold season. It also symbolizes unity and sharing, serving as an important moment to connect with family and neighbors.
- In this activity, you will be accompanied by a local Chinese and English-speaking guide who will lead you into the local rural village. Unlike a typical cooking class, we will work directly with local grandmothers to make kimchi by hand, learning the secrets passed down through generations and experiencing the most authentic rural daily life. From mixing cabbage with spices to the final product, the entire process is a sensory experience of the 'taste of a Korean winter.'
- After the experience, everyone will sit together to share a meal of boiled pork and fresh kimchi, an indispensable warm moment of our activity.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 5 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 3 to 4 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 0 to 0 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
