User Manual

• Before boarding, you must collect your ticket from the reserved seat ticket machine at the JR station in Narita Airport.
• Ticket collection and boarding process:

1. To use the ticket vending machine, please go to the designated seat ticket vending machine and scan the QR code or enter your reservation number.
   For detailed instructions, please refer to the above illustrated video.
2. The system will automatically print two vouchers: a departure voucher and a return voucher.
3. To reserve a seat for your outbound journey, please use your "Outbound Journey Voucher" on the same ticket machine: Select your outbound travel date → Select your desired flight → Select your reserved seat.
   Once completed, the system will print the official outbound ticket, which includes the carriage and seat number.
4. To reserve your return seat, please use the "Return Ticket" you received at Narita Airport and follow the same steps: Select your return travel date → Select your flight and seat.
   Once completed, the system will print the official return ticket.
5. For both outbound and return journeys, please present the following two tickets when boarding: a regular train ticket and a limited express ticket (with reserved seat and carriage number printed on it).

• Ticket collection time: 05:00～23:30
  ※If you are unable to collect your ticket from the reserved seat ticket machine, please go to the ticket window at Narita Airport Station or Airport Terminal 2 Station.
  * You need to present your passport (original) when exchanging your ticket at the window.

2. If a seat has already been reserved, can the train/shift be changed?
   A: Yes. Please bring your official "outbound" or "return" ticket to the designated seat ticket machine to change your train/train.

3. What should I do if I want to change my train schedule a second time, or if I already have a ticket but can't find the designated seat ticket machine to change it?
   A: In this case, please enter the station directly with your original official ticket and find an unbooked seat in the ordinary car of the Narita Limited Express N'EX.
   ⚠️ The Narita Limited Express N'EX does not have a dedicated "unreserved seating" car, so please choose an unreserved seat in a regular car at random.
   ⚠️ When checking tickets, please present your passport and official ticket for the conductor to verify.
   ⚠️ If you accidentally sit in a seat that has been reserved, the conductor will guide you to an empty seat.
4. How can I travel directly from Narita Airport to a station that N'EX does not stop at? Is there an extra charge?
   A: No extra fee is required.
   ⚠️ Please take the Narita Limited Express N'EX to the station closest to your destination, then transfer to other non-Shinkansen or Limited Express lines (such as the Yamanote Line, Keihin-Tohoku Line, Yokosuka Line, etc.). As long as you exit within the designated area of ​​your ticket, you will not need to pay any additional fees. The return trip can also be taken within the designated area to Narita Airport. Please refer to the "Route Map of Usable Ticket Area" above.
   Example: If you want to travel from Narita Airport to Kamakura, first take the Narita Limited Express N'EX, which terminates at Ofuna Station. Get off at Ofuna Station and transfer to the Yokosuka Line to Kamakura Station.
   No extra fees are required throughout the trip, saving you over JPY 2,000 compared to a regular ticket price.
